All items are handmade and in limited quantities, if you are unhappy with your product please get in contact with us via email ( helenamadeby@gmail.com ) if you'd like to organise a return. Products will only be accepted if they are unused. All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. 
The customer will have to cover the cost of the return shipping.

How do I care for my item?

All products are made from vintage fabrics so therefore are quite delicate. I recommend hand washing under cold water and laying flat to dry.
